Term 3, Week 3

Wow, is Week 3 of Term 3 really already over?!

So far, this has been a term of new experiences: 

We have a new Teacher!  Welcome and Haere Mai, Mr Brown!! 

It snowed!!!

At school on Monday we were delighted to watch the snow fall all around us. Some of us had never seen snow fall or feel it, so they got to feel snow for the very first time. It was lovely, exciting and great for our poetry writing. Please read our wonderful haiku on our slideshow.

 

We have a new Wheels Track!  We have done without our fields for all of Term 2 so it could be built.  Then this term,  we all had input into how we will use it.  We gave to those that helped make it happen,  hi-vis vests that we have all signed vests. Thank you!! Especially Gus Ward's dad, Andrew.  Finally, on Thursday it was opened,  we had a great time.  Our new track is very cool.
